JMD Asset Management Ltd will not hold client money or client assets.
The firm’s role is limited to discretionary investment management authority, subject to agreed mandates and regulatory oversight.

This structure is designed to provide an additional layer of protection and transparency for clients.

Once authorised, the firm intends to offer:

• Ongoing monitoring, reporting, and risk oversight

No services are provided prior to authorisation.

The firm does not provide regulated investment services, does not accept client funds, and does not manage client portfolios at this time.

All activities are preparatory in nature and focused on building a compliant, regulated investment management framework.
